The first thing you have to ask yourself is what kind of vibe/style you are looking for for your session. Are you the more outdoorsy type or do you want downtown city feel? Here are a few photography locations ideas around the Fox Cities that are perfect for your photography session.

Telulah Park / Newberry Trail – Appleton, WI

This is the perfect location if you are looking for a charming trail that has access to a dock on the Fox River. It’s beautiful during sunset, and in the fall the colors are amazing if you hit it during peak.

This location does allow dogs on a leash!

Doty Park – Neenah/Menasha

If you like stone bridges with riverside views this is the location for you!

1000 Islands – Kaukauna.

High Cliff State Park – Appleton

High Cliff also offers a lot of variety, I have not taken all of the trails offered here but I have shot wedding parties here. If there is a specific location you had in mind let me know! As this is a state park there is a fee to enter, so please be prepared for this.

Downtown Appleton

This is a great place for those brick walls as well as a few coffee shops and bars!
