ENGAGAMENTS

ELOPEMENT & DESTINATION

As your photographer, I’m not just here to capture the moment you say “I do”—I’m here to document the little moments in between. The happy tears as you read your vows. The way you two look at each other when the world falls away. The pure, raw joy that comes with knowing this day is exactly how you envisioned it. Whether you’re dreaming of an intimate elopement or a full-blown destination wedding, I’m ready to hop on a plane (or a road trip!) to make it happen. EXTRA GOODNESS

ADDITIONAL ADD ONS

extra hours- $350/ HR

You’ll have the option to add extra hours if you add extra events or details to your day that do not fit into the package’s original time allowance.

rush fee- $1,000

If you’d like your final images delivered more quickly
than the standard timeline, you can add a rush fee of
$1000. Rush delivery photos will be completed and sent
within 2-3 weeks.

second shooter- $800

If you’d like additional photo coverage, you can add a
second shooter for $800. You can learn more about the
benefits of working with a second shooter on page 21. If
you need help deciding if a second shooter is right for
you, just ask!

film photography-
$300

Add a touch of vintage charm to your gallery with film photography. This add-on gives your day a timeless vibe with beautifully textured, grain-filled images that feel straight out of a love story.

For a typical wedding gallery, you can expect an average of 600-700 photos, while a typical elopement day will result in 200-300. Nevertheless, this number will vary since each wedding day is different and has unique needs.

The turnaround time for your completed, polished photo gallery is normally 6-8 weeks. Films take around 10-12 weeks. I value quality above all else, so I make sure to take my time perfecting every gallery before sending it out. Please keep in mind that sometimes creating photos that meet these standards means that they’ll exceed the 6-8-week or 10-12- week turnaround time.

step one

We’ll kick things off with a 15-30 min video call consultation. This is for the sole purpose of connecting faces and names. A phone call allows for
familiarity and comfort, and helps me get an even better feel for your vision. I can’t wait for this exciting first step!

INITIAL CONSULT CALL

Now we make ourselves official, official. You’ll be sent a contract to sign, plus an invoice to make your first deposit. Once both are completed, I’m all yours.

You’ll receive a little welcome gift from me. This is my way of saying thank you for trusting me with something so important as your wedding photos. Nothing like a few goodies, curated for you, to kick off our time
together just right.

Throughout the process, I’ll occasionally send you a questionnaire as a way to check in, see how things are going, and make sure all your needs are being met. These questionnaires will allow us to keep things
organized and on-task every step of the way.
